About Cortney Clark
I’m a lifelong competitor, coach, and mentor with deep roots in the game of softball. A graduate of Show Low High School, I went on to play collegiate softball at the University of Arizona for two years before completing my student-athlete career at Brigham Young University. Those four years shaped not only the way I understand the sport, but the way I approach leadership, discipline, and personal growth.
After college, I turned my passion for player development into a profession. I spent eight years as an Assistant Softball Coach at The College of Southern Idaho, where I had the opportunity to help student-athletes sharpen their skills, build confidence, and compete at the highest level.
For the past five years, I’ve owned and operated The Sweet Spot Hitting and Training Facility, where I specialize in pitching and hitting instruction and individualized athlete development. Through my business, I’ve had the privilege of working with athletes of all ages, helping them elevate their game through technique, mindset, and consistent, focused training.
Whether on the field or in the training facility, my mission remains the same: empower athletes to reach their full potential and love the game as much as I do.
