Do you have personality? 
When something is discussed between two people but the message is misunderstood, who is at fault?
- The person giving the message
- The person receiving the message
- Both parties
- Neither party – it’s just a fact of life!
The onus (responsibility) of getting the message across accurately lies with the person who is giving the message. It is up to the Sender to communicate effectively, in order for the Receiver to understand the message the way it is intended. But many things can get in the way of having your message clearly understood:
- personality types (yours and the other persons)
- past and present relationship between the 2 parties
- the method used to convey the message
How Do You Communicate?
There are FOUR (4) basic personality types and while most of us are a combination of all 4, over 90% of the population has 2 types that stand out above the rest!
Knowing your personality type can help you:
